Step One: Take time to brainstorm:
Think about every aspect of your business. Come up with answers to every question.
Step Two: Create a business plan:
After answering questions about your business, put together a concrete business plan.
Step Three: Gather needed resources:
If you want to scale your business in the future you must create a plan. Also, you must create a list of everything you’ll need and its cost, perhaps in the office space with a new desktop and printer or warehouse to hold the products.
Step Four: Launch Marketing and brand-awareness campaigns:
Before launching a business, start planning ideas for marketing, sales, and branding efforts. Create a Facebook page, Twitter profile, Google+ for your business. Be sure that all web pages are updated regularly. To create a business cards use brand colors, business’s logo, letterhead and email signatures to demonstrate to customers in a professional way.
Step Five: Get the finances in shape:
Set up a business as Limited Liability Company. Use bookkeeping software that makes it easy to export records when doing taxes. Hire an accountant for your business to ensure that taxes are done correctly. When running a solo business it is really easy to do a business taxes, because laws and regulations are vary by state.
Step Six: Create a maintenance list:
Keep track with your business tasks that make your business running, keeping up with inventory, updating the website and regularly blogging using social media. Create a list of tasks and schedule them on a project management dashboard. So this ensures that your business is running smoothly.

Whether your business is a day or year old, continuously set goals in order to move your business forward. Examine the competition, employees, investors to help you decide what new goals need to be set and what need to be happen so to be a successful.
